Supervision
Services of supervision
Services of supervision helping you to monitor the quality of construction works commenced by the workers.

Supervision includes:

  • Telephone and other negotiations with subcontractors, suppliers, people involved in the project implementation
  • Regular visits on site (not more than four in a month, not longer than 4 hours)
  • Builder consulting under all project documentation
  • Coordination and settlement of issues relating to the implementation of the project
  • Control of compliance with selected color palette, finishing materials, etc. developed a design project
  • Monitoring the progress and quality of finishing works on site
  • Ordering construction and finishing materials along with the coordination of their value with the customer

Conceptual project

Development of project proposals in accordance with the specifications and customer wishes. Formation of documents package for coordination and approval with the relevant authorities and services: layout of the General plan, floor plans, 3D rendering, fronts in color, the scheme of sections.
Architectural project
4 to 8 working weeks
Documentation package required for further construction:

Album of detailed design documentation, which includes:
  • General layout stipulating all utilities, vertical framework.
  • Architectural solutions: detailed plans, sections, building sides, TEI (technical-and-economic indicators), specification of hole filling, floor summary (floor design), room finish schedule
  • Technological design: layout with furniture allocation, specification of furniture, outputs for sockets, switches, and lighting, heating layout
  • Construction design: foundation, wall, floor, and coating design
  • Heating and ventilation: plans, layouts, and calculations for heating and ventilation
