HOUSE BY THE BAY

The architects designed the house as one-story. This approach allowed to maximize the comfort and ergonomics of the building, and made it feel inseparable from the surrounding nature.The house is "facing" the water, parallel to the coastline. 

From very room you can enjoy the panorama of the bay and the sunset. and have access the the pool and barbecue area. Due to the difference in relief on the site, all structures near the water are below the level of the house and do not interfere with the view from the windows. At the same time, the house itself is also not visible from the water.

The house is equipped with the most modern systems and fully automated. The owner has the ability to regulate the climate, lighting, temperature and all the most important functions in the house. The furniture in the space is partially represented by the best european factories, but most of the interior objects are made individually according to the architects' sketches.
